An agreement to facilitate the dissemination of the Holiday Bonus and make it more usable for businesses, accelerating the process of transferring credits and, therefore, the recovery of liquidity.

This is the objective of the memorandum of understanding signed by ABI and Assoturismo Confesercenti, aimed at promoting initiatives and agreements aimed at informing companies on the possibility of transferring the credits acquired through bonuses to third parties, while making the process more efficient and quick. .

The bonus - envisaged by the Relaunch decree - has a maximum value of 500 euros and is intended for families with an ISEE income of up to 40.000 euros who use tourist services in Italy.

The discount is available for 80% as an immediate discount on the consideration due to the service provider, while the remaining 20% ​​as a tax deduction when filing the family's tax return. The 80% discount, applied by the company that provides the service, will be reimbursed in the form of a tax credit to be used exclusively in compensation, with the option, alternatively, of transfer to third parties, also to banks or financial intermediaries.

"The Agreement with Assoturismo Confesercenti is a further initiative of the banking world to support the families and businesses of our country - declares Giovanni Sabatini, Director of ABI -. Together with the moratoriums and loans with guarantees, it is added to the numerous initiatives that have been activated in recent months by the Banking Association and by the individual banks to counter the economic effects of the spread of COVID19 ".
