The customary vademecum of the 2019-2020 wine-growing campaign was published on the website of the Ministry of Agricultural, Food, Forestry and Tourism Policies, where wineries will be able to find the main requirements of the sector legislation and the reference standards. New this year will be the telematic functionalities of the SIAN that will allow the operators to simplify the communications addressed to the offices of the Central Inspection for the repression of fraud (ICQRF) of the Ministry, as foreseen by the consolidated text of the wine.
The ICQRF, in view of the new harvest campaign, has already activated the inspectors on the national territory to guarantee a regular collection and handling of the grapes and to supervise the operations of transformation and the circulation of the products and the wine by-products obtained.
