The Minister of Justice Marta Cartabia has signed the announcement with which the 2022 session of the state exam for the qualification to the profession of lawyer is started. As in the two previous sessions, held after the start of the pandemic, the exam includes a double oral exam. The first test is once again focused on solving a practical case and replaces the traditional written tests.
Applications for participation must be sent electronically from 3 October to 11 November. Those who have completed their forensic practice by November 10th will be able to participate in the exam.
The exams will begin, in the various districts of the court of appeal, starting from January 16, 2023.
Also for the 2022 session the special provisions for the conduct of tests by candidates with specific learning disabilities (SLD) are confirmed.
