In fact, from the investigations it emerged that the entrepreneur used to contact women by exploiting his friendships in the entertainment world, and, after offering them a job in view of alleged company dinners, he attracted them to his home with various excuses, abusing of them and photographing them in erotic positions once induced into a state of unconsciousness by administering narcotic substances. Subsequently, the victims were intimidated by Di Fazio on the basis of the links he had with the circles of organized crime, of which moreover he made no secret, with the obvious aim of inducing them to silence. Furthermore, the premeditated attempt by the manager to kill the ex-wife, already subjected during the cohabitation to continuous violence, harassment, humiliation, threats and harassment, even in the presence of their minor son, was ascertained, first by sprinkling the stinging spray in her eyes. and then, once immobilized, hitting her forehead with a wrench and tying a thick rope around her neck.
