The horror dates back to the evening of July 10th. The 37-year-old, a woman suffering from psychic frailty, was with her 32-year-old acquaintance. The two were joined by the other arrested, a 43-year-old resident in San Cesareo. At that point the two men took her to isolated terrain, under an overpass near via Casilina.
