"With regard to the assessment of the conduct of the students involved in the well-known episode that occurred at the Viola Marchesini High School in Rovigo, given the results of the inspectors' report and considering the incorrect application of Presidential Decree 122/2009 and the school regulations, I warned the 'need to invite the school manager to reconvene the class council, in order to reconsider the decisions taken in self-protection ".
Thus the Minister of Education and Merit Giuseppe Valditara, regarding the case of the two students of the Viola Marchesini High School in Rovigo who, after having been previously suspended for having shot plastic pellets at a teacher, were promoted with the rating of 9 in conduct.
