Israel calls on its ambassadors in the world against Iran and Hezbollah

The Israeli foreign minister would have instructed all Israeli embassies in the world to ask host governments for support to Saudi Arabia against Iranian interference in Lebanon and in favor of the war launched by Riyadh against pro-Iranian Shiite rebels in Yemen.

Israeli channel Channel 10 has revealed this, citing a ministerial report prepared after the resignation of Lebanese Prime Minister Saad Hariri. According to Channel 10, in the circular the Israeli ministry asks its diplomats to "urgently contact the foreign ministry of the host country and other competent government officials and stress that Al-Hariri's resignation and his observations on the reasons that led him to resign illustrate once again the destructive nature of Iran and Hezbollah and the danger they represent for the stability of Lebanon and the countries of the region ". The Israeli ministry also asked Israel's ambassadors to convey an unusual message of support to Saudi Arabia in its military campaign against the pro-Iranian Houthi rebels in Yemen: “The events in Lebanon and the launch of a ballistic missile at the airport Riyadh (launched by the Houthis last Saturday) show that more pressure is needed on Iran and Hezbollah on a range of problems from ballistic missile production to regional subversion. Also on Saturday, Israeli Prime Minister Banjamin Netanyahu called Hariri's resignation, “an alarm bell for the international community to act against the Iranian aggression that is trying to transform Syria into a second Lebanon. In a statement published on his Twitter account, the premier added that "this aggression threatens not only Israel but the whole Middle East" so "the international community must unite and face this aggression". Hariri today announced his decision to resign from Saudi Arabia, accusing the Lebanese Shiite movement Hezbollah and its Iranian ally of "suffocating" Lebanon, also claiming to be afraid of being assassinated.
